Serve up a meal to remember with minimal fuss. Individually made by hand with thick chunks of smoked rainbow trout, they’re loaded with flavor. They make a perfect appetizer or entree, easily cooked to perfection by pan-frying over medium heat until crispy, golden brown, or baked in the oven at 375°F for 15-20 minutes. We prefer to fry them in lard, using a cast iron skillet... YUM!
