We have partnered with Mackenzie's family in Concord, VA. in order to produce Pasture-Raised, Non-GMO Chicken Eggs for our customers. Chase and Mackayla Schmidt, along with their daughter Charli, are committed to raising food that feeds their family. The Schmidts' practice regenerative and ethical farming methods that align with the values of Triple Oaks Farm. 

These hens live the way nature intended. Every day, they freely forage and roam outdoors on lush, fresh pasture. They're rotated regularly to new sections of grass, giving them access to a rich variety of plants, insects, and seeds that support their natural health and vitality. This diverse, natural diet directly contributes to the quality of the eggs they lay - beautiful brown shells with vibrant, golden yolks.

Why Pasture-Raised Eggs?

Not all eggs are created equal. Most store-bought eggs come from hens kept indoors in confined conditions, often fed a standardized diet. In contrast, pasture-raised hens benefit from space, sunshine, and a dynamic, nutrient-dense environment.
